Please return to your selling dealer to have your tire repaired or replaced. Refer to your warranty for terms and conditions of your coverage.

  • Copy of warranty
A claim must be filed within 30 days of the onset of any damage in order to minimize additional damage.

Please call 1-844-424-7960 within 30 days of the date of loss for any claim type below and submit the documents accordingly.


Following documents will be required to make a claim:

Total Loss Replacement Benefit:

  • Copy of the certificate
  • Copy of the Police Occurrence Number
  • Copy of your insurance policy declaration page, clearly identifying the vehicle and specifying insurance coverage
  • Copy of the primary insurance carrier’s proof of loss form and claim settlement cheque(s) showing final payment

Deductible Reimbursement Benefit:

  • Copy of the certificate
  • Copy of the Police Report evidencing theft of the Vehicle including the Police Occurrence Number
  • Copy of your insurance policy declaration page, clearly identifying the vehicle and specifying insurance coverage and applicable deductible for the comprehensive insurance portion
  • Copy of primary insurance carrier’s reference number and proof that the claim was not denied by the insurer
  • Copy of the repair order by a licensed new car dealership
